Julio Garmendia<\/h4>\n

Julio is our chef and cofounder. He started his career working in the best restaurants of the Basque Country and in the south of France. At that time, he was awarded with the Eguskilore Prize to the best young cook and was finalist for the Gourmet Prize to the best young cook in Spain. Later, he led some Michelin Star restaurants like Ram\u00f3n Roteta in Hondarribia or Caf\u00e9 de Oriente in Madrid and he presented some TV programms in Canal Cocina. She is a Translations and Interpretations graduate, with a training in protocol and Public Relations who loves different cultures and people.
