Our cuisine has its roots in the Basque gastronomy. But it has evolved a lot through the years, by introducing the essence of the Mediterranean and of the Spanish cuisine.
We are aware that a good product is the key to a quality meal. That is why our highest priority is the use of organic, local and eco-friendly products that are respectful with life´s natural cycle.

First and foremost, we are a team of people
Julio Garmendia
Julio is our chef and cofounder. He started his career working in the best restaurants of the Basque Country and in the south of France. At that time, he was awarded with the Eguskilore Prize to the best young cook and was finalist for the Gourmet Prize to the best young cook in Spain. Later, he led some Michelin Star restaurants like Ramón Roteta in Hondarribia or Café de Oriente in Madrid and he presented some TV programms in Canal Cocina. He was also a gastronomic adviser for Auchamp, Karlos Arguiñano and for Grupo Floridita Bilbao.
Olga Vélez
Olga is the cofounder and the person you will be in contact with. She is a Translations and Interpretations graduate, with a training in protocol and Public Relations who loves different cultures and people. She is the person from Garmendia´s Team in charge of our fiancés and clients, caring for their needs and wishes to offer always the best solution. Would you like something special o very specific? Ask her. It is almost certain that she can get it for you.
